DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders of in stock items are processed within 1-2 business days. All orders of made to order items require an average of 2 business days to be made before being shipped.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Most orders will be sent via Australia Post. Please note that they may experience delays due to the current climate.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
In the unfortunate event of any products being damaged or lost during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for evidence in filing the claim.
